Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If you are not completely satisfied with our product we are ready to refund you the full cost of your purchase. Please, send the corresponding request to your personal manager.

In order to submit a request you need to specify your billing information: name, transaction id etc. and briefly explain the reason for your refund.

You can submit a refund request within 7 days of your purchase.

The refund is usually issued within 7 days once your request is submitted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace services if there are any similar price product. If you want to change the services of same price, send us an email at support@totalmarketingexpert.com . Service Replacement will be possible in 3-5 days after make payment.
